Ronny Fehling - Partner & VP of Innovation AI (BCG X)
Ronny Fehling is Partner and Vice President for (Generative) Artificial Intelligence at BCG X. As founder of BCG’s Spend AI he leads one of BCG X ‘Big Bets’, disrupting spend analytics. He is also Scientific Advisor for Generative AI and part of the central Europe tech council. Ronny has lead over 10 GenAI projects in 2023 with BCG’s marquee clients.
Ronny has over 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, database innovation, sensor networks and IoT and cloud in the silicon valley. After working in the field of database innovation and sensor networks, he joined Airbus as Vice President for strategic roadmaps and projects on artificial intelligence for the group. He is the author of many technical publications and the holder of 3 patents.
Jordi Mompart - Director of Research, Analytics and AI (FC Barcelona)
From mid-September 2021, Research Director at Football Club Barcelona. Responsible for the use of modeling tools and artificial intelligence for the generation of new knowledge and products at FC Barcelona. Also, responsible for the definition of FC Barcelona’s strategy in the use of products and services offered by Blockchain technologies.Previously, Jordi Mompart has been Professor of Physics at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, participating and being responsible for national and international research projects in the field of quantum technologies. He has more than 100 research articles, 8 doctoral theses supervised and three patents. He has also been a visiting researcher at different research institutions in the United States, Japan, Italy and Germany.
Maksym Lefarov - Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Spotify)
I am a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Spotify, currently working on Recommendation Systems, Cold-start, and Discovery problems. Previously I was a Research Engineer at Bosch focusing on applying Reinforcement Learning to optimize manufacturing processes and continuous-control systems. I got my M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. Throughout my career, I have co-authored multiple patents and academic papers published on international venues. My professional interests span RecSys, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and MLOps. In my free time, I write short blog posts about Machine Learning and Computer Science.
Joris Krijger - Tech Ethicist, AI & Ethics Officer (De Volksbank)
Joris Krijger is a Tech Ethicist working as Ethics & AI Officer at the Dutch bank de Volksbank while also holding a PhD position on the topic of Ethics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He presently works on bridging the gap between ethical principles and AI by studying the operationalization of ethics in data science contexts. Additionally, Joris holds various ancillary positions such as the Founding Editorial Board Member of Springer Nature’s AI and Ethics Journal. For his contributions to the field of responsible AI he received a Graduate School Award for PhD Excellence.
Daniel Socias - Co-Founder (Wiongo)
Currently transforming the hotel industry with Robotics. Entrepreneur focused on Blue Ocean markets, expanding new businesses opportunities for maximizing profits. All markets focused on 1st hand technology and trends. Major experience in Blockchain Services aligned with telecommunications.
Nataliya Grimberg - Visual Fashion and Luxury Advisor, (Metaverse Fashion Expert)
Nataliya Grimberg is a fashion futurist with an MBA from IFA Paris. Known for her work in integrating cutting edge technologies into fashion, she has created the inaugural VR Metaverse Fashion Week in Somnium Space, designed AI-powered pieces for Dolce & Gabbana and participated in the first AI Fashion Week in New York as a selected designer. Her innovative projects also include AI-powered looks for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Prague and augmented reality experience showcased on the Fifth Avenue in NYC. Nataliya actively consults luxury and tech companies, applying her expertise in fashion technology and trend forecasting.
Anton Kasyanov - Engineering Manager (Uber)
Currently leading AI/ML platform teams at Uber Amsterdam, Anton has over ten years of industry experience. Prior to his tenure at Uber, he spent a few years as a Director of Engineering at DataRobot, a pioneering force in AutoML. Throughout his career, Anton delivered various Machine Learning systems ranging from Deep Learning and Computer Vision to Generative AI. He has published papers and patents and got a Master’s degree in ML from RWTH Aachen, Germany
Rene Pajta - AI Technology Specialist (Microsoft)
Through my role, I assist enterprises in navigating their journey with developing AI-infused applications and help customers to reach their full potential with using Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI.
Dali Karray - Data Strategy, Monetization & AI-led Digital Transformation (Renault)
Dali is a strategy consultant with a data-centric approach, contributing expertise to diverse projects linked to Data & AI for different Fortune 500 companies.Armed with an experience in different industries and a Ph.D. in progress focused on data strategy, he has led transformative initiatives, blending extensive industry experience with advanced academic insights and analytical/critical thinking. Vlad Larichev - Lead Generative AI (Accenture Industry X - Austria, Switzerland, Germany)
Vladislav Larichev has an extensive background in solution architecture, full stack software development and engineering. He developed his passion for AI while leading an AI department, where he gained in-depth knowledge of machine learning and Transformer models. Later, as a consultant, he guided clients in various industries such as consumer goods, automotive, and life sciences to drive digital transformation through AI and smart connected products.In Accenture, his focus is on digitizing manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain processes, as the technical and architecture lead for Austria, Switzerland, and Germany within Accenture Industry X. His current focus is on leveraging generative AI to transform industrial sectors, through consulting, developing solutions and strategies to help clients with their digital transformation.

Javier Martinez - Head of Customer Engineering (Google)
Javier Martinez is the head of Customer Engineering at Google Cloud Spain. He has a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering and more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Javier has worked on different topics over the years, including compute infrastructure, data management, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, always focused on how technology impacts the enterprise ecosystem. Over the last few years Javier has participated in several projects applying virtual agents to enterprise use cases, and with the GenAI revolution he is evangelizing on how to apply this revolutionary technology on businesses.
